How much time do I have to submit the Statement of Use?

You have six months to submit the Statement of Use after the USPTO issues the Notice of Allowance. You can extend this deadline by six months by filling an extension request. You can ask for five extensions, giving you a total of 36 months to submit your Statement of Use.

However, bear in mind each request is subject to an additional fee and prolongs the registration process. Until your Statement gets approved by the USPTO, your trademark won't register.
