I already own the .co.uk and .com domains. Does this affect my chances of successful trademark registration?

No, this doesn't directly impact your chances of registration. Domain ownership and trademark registration are two separate processes, and the IP office will assess your application on its own merits regardless of which domains you own.

That being said, you can use domain ownership as supporting evidence in specific circumstances and disputes. For example, if your trademark application is challenged on distinctiveness grounds and you need to demonstrate acquired distinctiveness through use, evidence of long-standing commercial activity under the domain name may contribute to that case alongside other evidence, such as sales figures and advertising.
