My new company will be a small music label, management and podcaster. What classes would you recommend on trademark application?

Class 41 is the core class for music labels and podcast production. It covers music production, music publishing, artist management, recording services, and podcast production and distribution.

If the podcast is itself a branded product with its own distinct identity (rather than produced under the label brand), a separate trademark for the podcast in Class 41 is worth considering.

If the business also sells branded merchandise (clothing, accessories) under the label or podcast brand, the relevant goods classes (Class 25 for clothing, Class 16 for printed materials) should be added.
